Once you have made a commitment to a system, we will install your equipment in a timely manner and in an optimal location.  We will minimize any disruption to your business and implement a training program for your employees. TSI has a full time trainer experienced in many different work environments and will assist in both the design and set up of the system programming and design of an appropriate training program to cover your specific needs.  Training is provided in a small group setting and last approximately 1 hour; questions and answers are strongly encouraged.  All training material is provided. Additional training provided for those who will perform routine system administration. A second training option is accomplished through a ‘Train-the-Trainer’ process. Under this arrangement you will be asked to supply us with a list of a few key personnel or department heads that we will put through the training process. From that point forward you will carry out the training process internally.
